Christian Caro
(he/they) is an NYC-based actor, singer, and songwriter originally from Honolulu, Hawai’i. Brought up in a culture of Hawaiian mythology, he believes in the true value of being a storyteller. His love for performance was borne out of watching his father host parties and banquets, and grew when he later joined him as co-host at the age of five. This passion led him to New York City, where he will graduate from college from Fordham University at Lincoln Center as part of the Theatre Performance Class of 2023.

At Fordham, Christian has performed in a variety of roles in both new and established plays and musicals. Some of his favorite performances have been as Gabe in Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey’s Next to Normal, a Hunter in Suzan-Lori Parks’ F*cking A, and Caxton in Continuity by Bess Wohl. Outside of school, Christian has performed in NYC at The Tank and Theatre 80 at St. Marks, the Diamond Head Theatre in Hawaii, and has participated in workshops and readings of new work at Roundabout, Playwrights Horizons, and more. His voice can also be heard in the third season of the audio drama Me, Sadie, & the Mixed-Up Time Machine. Christian also writes and performs music under the name Gray Caro.

Christian hopes to be a part of stories that allow people to feel, escape, and return to a state of childlike wonder. If he isn’t acting or writing music, you can always find him at a local NYC basketball court scoring on players 6’3” and below.
